SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin in a folder;
2. Open a web browser and save a image to the folder chosen in the step 1;


OBSERVED RESULT
New file won't appear. Sometimes this bug doesn't happen.

EXPECTED RESULT
The file appearing without requiring to press F5.

There is this bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=424715, but I don't know if is related.

I'm using Solus, but this happens in Neon 5.21.4 and in Kubuntu 21.04.
