SUMMARY
Okular is not listed in the default apps list when the exe is installed. This makes Okular unusable when opening a PDF directly


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install latest Okular release exe from Binary Factory:
https://binary-factory.kde.org/view/Windows%2064-bit/job/Okular_Release_win64/



OBSERVED RESULT
Observe that Okular is not in the default apps list for PDF


EXPECTED RESULT
Okular should be in the default apps list to choose

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I did not install the Windows Store UWP version because UWP apps do not allow CLI options. I will be printing from the command line and need --print ( https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/okular/okular/command-line-options.html )

Just adding that is behavior is only with the exe installed from the binary factory. The version installed from the Windows Store does show in the default apps list for PDF files.

I'm going to close this, the binary factory exe is provided on a best effort basis, it's not supposed to be used for production.
