SUMMARY
Pressing Ctrl+A to select all items in the table does not work

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to process or application page
2. Filter for an app
3. Press Ctrl+A

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing is selected

EXPECTED RESULT
All items shown in the list are selected

It doesn't matter if the table has focus or not
