It seems we can consider Muon dead, and close this bug now. |
Created attachment 138478 [details] Muon screenshots SUMMARY Muon shows the status of 23 packages as "Locked", which is apparently incorrect, both in KDE neon Live and installed system. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Launch Muon package manager > Status > Locked 2. Launch Konsole > "sudo apt-mark showhold" OBSERVED RESULT Muon shows the status of 23 packages as "Locked". Apt-mark lists none as locked. EXPECTED RESULT Muon shouldn't be showing those package as "Locked" because apparently they aren't, which is also proven by the fact that at least some of these packages (e.g. base-files, ubuntu-release-upgrader-core, and ubuntu-release-upgrader-qt) do get upgraded after system installation while they are still being listed as "Locked" by Muon. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: KDE neon 5.21 KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.82.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2
