It's not clear what the problem is. Can you please explain it in detail and also add screenshots?

It's still not clear what the problem is. :) Can you please explain it in detail and also add screenshots?

Sorry, but there is not any details. I have sent you all of my screenshots and all of my points. 
I can not say any more about my issue.
But i can say about pacman 6 and great issue with it for some not Arch applications and that ftp protocol was closed. I do not know by. (ftp://ftp.archlinux.org - is not exist)
