SUMMARY
I've updated stellarmate and during the process KStars was removed. I reinstalled the bleeding nightly build version manually using sudo apt-get install indi-full kstars-bleeding. After the reinstall the QHY camera is not found. I have tried two cables and multiple USB connections. ZWO camera is fine using same cables. Assume this therefore is a driver issue. I note INDI-QHY driver is version 2.7. I recall previously I think I was using 2.8?

This is not a KStars bug. But you can reinstall everything with this command in the terminal:

sudo apt-get -y install --reinstall kstars-bleeding indi-bin indi-full
