Error message that pops up when trying to download e-mail attachments

SUMMARY
Konqueror webbrowser does not download files attached to e-mails

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Swisscom Webmail https://www.bluewin.ch/de/email/
2. Log in
3. Open e-mail with attachment
4. Scroll down to attachment and click on "Download"

OBSERVED RESULT
Download window opens allowing to choose the folder and the name of the file to be downloaded
New window opens with KIOExec error message: "Could not connect to host rich-v01.bluewin.ch: SSL negotiation failed."
Only confirmation with OK is possible (see attached picture)

EXPECTED RESULT
After having chosen the folder and the desired file name, Konqueror should download the file to the requested place
Remark: Preview works as expected!
