ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I can't open my mobile device (File transfer mode is enabled on my Android phone) on Dolphin and I get this error message, but I can open it on Ubuntu Files and Nemo. The screenshot is attached.

I tried to download the latest version of Dolphin (21.4), but I couldn't even though I installed "http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/ppa/ubuntu" and "http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/backports/ubuntu"

This is the Snap version of dolphin? Or the distro-packaged version?

   I downloaded Dolphin from Snap (Ubuntu Software).

   But I don't how to download the latest version of Dolphin (21.4) for
   my Ubuntu (21.4).

Dolphin isn't released to public at this time. I am working on it though.

Dolphin isn't a great candidate for Snaps and thus moving to unmaintained.
