STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add System Monitor Sensor widget to desktop
2. open widget settings and add Uptime sensor in its "Sensors details" section
3. close widget settings by clicking on "OK" button

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, current format of uptime is minutes:seconds.

EXPECTED RESULT
A more human readable format like days:hours:minutes would be nice.

Fixed on Arch Linux (Plasma 5.27) and neon unstable. \o/
