SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug a monitor with 200% scaling
2. Launch a GTK based application, for example Firefox
3. Notice the down sampled cursor

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor in GTK window is blurry

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor in GTK windows should be as sharp as in a QT window

Fixed in Plasma 5.22 already! :)
