Please update the version of Dolphin File Browser on Ubuntu Software Center to the latest version which is 21.04.0

It's up to Ubuntu which software and version they offer. Ubuntu 21.04 ships Dolphin 20.12 and they will only ship a newer (non-bugfix) version with Ubuntu 21.08
