SUMMARY
Hello,

For test purposes I start digiKam with various GUI languages: e.g.: German, English or French.

In dialog Settings --> Configure Language one button always has caption "Voreinstellung".

Please wait with bug reports, the test patch ensures that dialogs are always translated into the system language. I wrote this in the other bug report.
We are currently testing the language settings in the Windows bundle.
