Bottom edge border twice the size as other edge borders

SUMMARY
A window's bottom border, when the border size is set to tiny, is twice the size of the left and right edges. (I'm not using custom window decorations)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change System Settings > Appearance > Window Decorations
2. Set "Window border size" to "Tiny"
3. Observe the edges

OBSERVED RESULT
Notice how the bottom edge is not the same size as the left and right edges, this is not the case with other border sizes.

EXPECTED RESULT
Left, right and bottom edges should be of the same size.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Arch Linux, 5.10.34-1-lts
