SUMMARY
Session Restore is enabled.  All other programs come up normally, except Konqueror.  All windows and tabs are lost.

This was intermittent (maybe monthly) for a long time, across openSUSE, Debian, and KDE Neon, until last week.  Now it doesn't work at all.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. shut down computer
2. power back up
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
no Konqueror saved session

Hi @David, can you confirm if this is still going on? I'm about to start poking around the session restore code, having run into another bug that has been around for years.
