SUMMARY
Hyperlinks aren't highlighted/underlined, at least not on my website.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Visit, for example https://readingma.us/GovtZone/SchoolCommittee/Main/CapHillIncident/Emails.


OBSERVED RESULT
Notice that there are lots of hyperlinks, which can be observed by mouse-hovering. But they're not underlined, as they should be. But regular (non-hyperlink) underlines do appear. See attached screenshot.

I looked for a setting in Preferences but couldn't find.
