STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add upside-downed video from gopro
2. add effect - flip V
3. add effect - flip H
4. split clip by two parts

OBSERVED RESULT
newer part became broken(older just fine), both effect(H and V) are not working, but still existing in effect tab

Thank you for reporting. I can confirm the behavior. Please try with the effect "Flippo" which does the same and work correct with my clip.

For the developer: 
Is there a possibility to set "Flipp V" and "Flipp H" as "deprecated" but convert the input from an existing project file from these 2 effects to Flippo?

Can you please check whether this issue still exists in the latest version 24.12.0?

If yes, please update this report to reflect the new version and set the status to CONFIRMED.

If it works now like you expect it would, you may change the status of this report to RESOLVED - FIXED.
