SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open an image in Gwenview
2. click Share on top menu bar
3. Select imgur

OBSERVED RESULT

A blank window launches with no status or feedback. The window closes automatically. I test to see if the imgur url was copied to the clipboard by pasting the url into a browser and nothing was copied to the clipboard. This imgur share functionality works in spectacle but not in Gwenview or in the context menu of Dolphin.

Sharing an image to imgur appears to be broken in Kubuntu 20.04 both from Gwenview and from the context menu inside of Dolphin. I think this is a nice touch and added useful feature that people come to expect in KDE. It is a shame that it is does not work as intended.

This was fixed in a newer version of Gwenview. You're using a version that's over a year old.
