SUMMARY
Since upgrade to 5.21.4 (Fedora 34) most of .desktop files in ~/.config/autostart do not work (but displayed properly in systemsettings). For some reason only some files are executed at start (galculator works for example), but many others are not launched (skypeforlinux, yandex-disk, expressvpn agent) even though I can start them by opening autostart folder in dolphin and clicking on them.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings, go to "Startup and shutdowm" -> "Autostart".
2. Press "Add application" and add some custom command or better 3rd party app
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Apps do not autostart
