That is strange. Cannot reproduce. After clicking "Default" button and reopening Dolphin, this bug seems to be gone. In general, I'm not sure that it gone exactly after the steps described, but at the moment the services list is sorted correctly. That's an interesting data point, thanks. To be more precise, it's almost sorted - some of its items are randomly in the wrong place.
