SUMMARY
The webpage for Neochat ( https://apps.kde.org/id/neochat/ ) lists the wrong bug reporting address. Bugs for this application are tracked on `https://invent.kde.org/network/neochat/-/issues`, not on `bugs.kde.org`.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open https://apps.kde.org/id/neochat/
2. Click the link 'Report a bug' shown on the right hand side.

OBSERVED RESULT
User is taken to bugs.kde.org. Trying to report a new bug there, the user finds that Neochat is not listed as a valid application.

EXPECTED RESULT
User should be taken to https://invent.kde.org/network/neochat/-/issues
