SUMMARY
I'm sure this is something simple and I'm completely oblivious to the right way. When I used to open muon it would prompt me for the su password. I tried yesterday to install flatpak and when I click on "mark for installation" the "apply changes" button remains greyed out. I've tried running muon from the command prompt using sudo but it still won't allow me to install packages. The "undo" button lights up so I know it's registering something.

I've removed the application, rebooted, and then re-added it with no success.
