I am using Windows 10
I am a first time user today. The only theme I see is under settings and is set to default with no other choices. -Mark

In digiKam-7.2.0 we added the Windows Vista style again on request, this has problems with color themes. In digiKam-7.3.0 we have activated the "Fusion" style again by default. Go into the digiKam setup under miscellaneous-> Appearance and select from the "fusion" style.
