What I mean is,that you can directly install Themes like this (https://www.deviantart.com/niivu/art/Macindows-870073866) in Kde like you install normal global themes.
I don't know if that could even work, but it would be so cool, cause there are so many windows themes that don't have an Linux equivalent.

I don't think themes designed for Windows can be applied on Linux. You will need to port the theme yourself.

Alternatively, you can search on KDE store for themes compatible with KDE.

Judging from the name in your URL, I guess you are finding macOS-style themes, so you can visit this link for reference:

I'm afraid this isn't possible. Plasma Global Themes have a specific format, which is obviously different from that of Windows 10 Themes. They aren't compatible.

So is it 100% impossible to copy the colors and buttons from the windows theme and use it as a kde theme?
I mean breeze-gtk uses that mechanic to use qt themes as gtk.

Those themes don't look like the one I was searching for,I was searching for themes that look like really old macos versions but in modern,I love retro themes, but I don't find many for kde,I only found a windows xp theme and nextstep theme, but the retro themes for windows look so cool, that is what I am missing.

Maybe you can give it a try?
