Which digiKam version did you use ? Gilles Caulier I suspect it is the error message when adding the tag to the database. What type of database are you using (SQLite/MySQL)? Create a DebugView log when you try to add a tag, as described here also for Windows: https://www.digikam.org/contribute/ Don't forget to set the environment variable. Databases stored in local drive SSD as you strongly reccommend. Reinstalled DigiKam after migrating databases to SSD drive STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Add face name. 2. Error: it has not been possible to create Label 3.
