SUMMARY
I wish kmail2 can have a conversation as gmail or geary or mailspring, it make a whole lot easier to communicate and understand the conversation going on between parties. 
Please please please make a plugin where a message thread can have sent mail as well as received mail under same tree.

I believe Kamil devs are not taking any new feature request any more.
