Present Windows effect for single window

SUMMARY

If only one window is open, then the label and icon of the its preview is almost invisible. But if you move the cursor from this preview and back to it several times, then the label and icon will gradually become more sharpen. Please, see attached video.

Caused by https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/commit/57b6091bd58b0ca7a51618cbaea11b8b75983cab, which fixed Bug 428301.

This has been fixed with the rewrite in Plasma 5.25, done by Marco Martin with https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/commit/376ee357dbc50fec3b6e71c40938171ddb2e726a!
