SUMMARY
The LivePreview build chooses BibTeX instead of Biber, no matter whether it is set to auto detect or to Biber manually. After issuing a second LivePreview run (e. g. Press Ctrl+S again), Biber is run, as is expected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a LaTeX document with Biber as bibliography backend
2. Wait for LivePreview to start

OBSERVED RESULT
BibTeX is run, regardless of the backend setting, but only for the first run.

EXPECTED RESULT
Biber should always be chosen when it is manually selected or automatically detected.
