I have two panels showing on the left side: Places and Information, with the information panel below. After some time (I haven't observed a pattern), the height of the information panel changes from what I had manually set. I often have its height set low and it moves up into the Places panel. My panels are locked.

Could it be due to resizing or maximizing/de-maximizing the window?

I never resize Dolphin. However, I suppose it could be caused by playing a game that messes with the display resolution. I'll keep an eye on it.
