SUMMARY
Both vertical and horizontal maximize window do not work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use shortcut keys to maximize (v or h) window
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Window remains unmaximized.

EXPECTED RESULT
Window maximizes in desired dimension (vertical or horizontal).

Fixed in Plasma 5.22 already. :)
