Krita crashes silently from icon. When run from terminal it says "Failed to load GLX".

I've linked to your report here: https://github.com/flathub/org.kde.krita/issues/37 -- this doesn't look like a bug in Krita, and flatpak in any case is a third-party way of packaging Krita.
