If a screenshot is triggered by a keyboard shortcut, a thumbnail of the screenshot is shown in the notification area. Shortly after, a message is shown in the notification area that kdeinit5 has crashed. See attachment for a backtrace.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set keyboard shortcut to spectacle, t.ex. Shift + Printscreen to take a snapshot of the whole desktop
2. Press the shortcut
3. Observe the notification bar.

OBSERVED RESULT
a thumbnail of the screenshot is correctly shown in the notification area, followed by a crash notification of kdeinit5

This worked fine in KDE a few weeks ago.
