Thanks for your report! In version 21.08 you can disable audio scrubbing in Settings > Playback > Enable Audio Scrubbing. (You might need to restart Kdenlive to apply the change properly). Please check if this is what you requested and close this report if so. Otherwise please explain how your request differs from the mentioned feature.
