SUMMARY
100% reproduction for my system.  

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Project -> Add Title Clip


OBSERVED RESULT
No window renders. When clicking on kdenlive anywhere, windows beeps like another window has grabbed mouse or in the way.  ALT+F4 closes "unrendered/hidden" window.

Same results when adding a template title to project then trying to edit it.



EXPECTED RESULT
A new dialoge box.

Thanks for your report! Can you maybe provide a screenshot to explain the problem better?

Please also try with version 21.04 (not that on windows there is an installer issue and you need to completely remove the old version before installing 21.04): https://download.kde.org/stable/kdenlive/21.04/windows/

I almost forgot about this.  

This was user error.  The submenus are/where poping up on a disconnected third monitor.
