SUMMARY
If you create an access point from the applet, then disconnect, the button to create an access point won't appear again unless you disable and enable wifi or enable and disable plane mode.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create access point.
2. disconnect.

OBSERVED RESULT
access point button doesn't come back to the ui.

EXPECTED RESULT
access point button is in the applet so we can create another access point.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I had two usb wifi adapters at the time of testing this.

This will be fixed in Plasma 6.5.0.
