Animated GIF showing toolbar behavior

See attached animated GIF demonstrating the observed behavior.

Right-clicking the toolbar of the Tags Manager window brings up an unlabeled checkbox. If I then click that checkbox, the toolbar disappears. I was unable to find a way to restore the toolbar, other than quitting and relaunching digiKam.
