SUMMARY
Applications which are autostarted do not appear in the 'Applications' page of the system monitor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to 'System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Autostart', and configure an application (say Kate) to be autostarted
2. Log out and log in again
3. Open system monitor and go to the 'Applications' page

OBSERVED RESULT
The autostarted application gets started, but it is not shown in the 'Applications' page. However, the relevant process can be seen in the 'Processes' page.

EXPECTED RESULT
Autostarted applications should show up in the 'Applications' page.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Enabling systemd startup ( kwriteconfig5  --file startkderc  --group General --key systemdBoot true ) fixes the bug.

Should be fixed in next systemd (249?)
