SUMMARY

The one thing I currently miss from VS Code.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate
2. Find no option to center the text
3. 


EXPECTED RESULT

Our displays are since couple of years way to wide, to code on them with left leaning orientation and 80 characters.

Let us center the code.

Why not just make the window narrower? You don't need to maximize it when this doesn't make any sense. I like to tile my Kate window to the side, personally.

I like my windows maximized.
There is no reason to see the background of my desktop, its just distracting.
Can you understand that?

Zen mode for Kate.

I see, some Zen mode is a valid wish, but somebody must step up to implement that.
