SUMMARY

Dolphin, Kate, and half a million other KDE programs have the F4 key bind in my system, to open the embedded Konsole. Please, let me have that in Kdevelop as well. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kdenlive
2. Open Shortkeys
3. Be sad. 

OBSERVED RESULT

No Terminal selection for a Shortkey possible. 

EXPECTED RESULT

Shortkey assignable. Ideally default at F4, while already assigned. So probably not happening.
