In the settings I set that every window should spawn maximized,that happens for everything except the wt download dialog,it's just unmaximized in the middle.

What is "the wt download dialog"? Can you attach a screenshot?

I mean if I download something from a site,then that window appears.
But I mean the window that appears,when I wanna open a file with a program in general.

Okay, so you're talking about the open/save dialog. Can confirm. Looks like it doesn't affect dialog windows.
