What I mean is,for some themes the range of the button is so high,that you can move your cursor to the upper right corner and still being able to use the button with that,but other themes only allow to press the buttons if your mouse is directly on them.
It would be cool to be able to set,if the range is big or high for every theme,cause it annoys me that most themes don't have high button range.

It seems like you're requesting a workaround for Bug 414777. That's now what we do in KDE. It's better to fix bugs than it is to offer users fiddly options for working around them. :)
