discover reviews window

SUMMARY
In "reviews for application" window like krita, the bottom scroll bar arrow button is not shown in initial view, when scrolling down the bottom arrow button is shown, then again when scrolled up the bottom arrow button disappears.
Please see the attached video.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open discover
2. open "show all reviews" for krita app

This Kirigami OverlaySheet component is clearly not designed for the scrollbar arrows setting to be enabled. :)

I cannot reproduce this on my system, so it's probably been fixed by now. Please re-open if this is still a problem.
