SUMMARY
When I play audio, all apps except the application actually playing the audio is marked as playing audio in the icons-only task manager.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on "Mark applications that play audio" in the settings of icons-only task manager.
2. Play audio in an app.

OBSERVED RESULT
All apps except the application actually playing the audio is marked as playing audio.

EXPECTED RESULT
Only the app actually playing the audio should be marked.
