SUMMARY
Kde global menu is bugged with sublime text editor. Menu items are being disabling, I am attaching images and link to reddit discussion of bug


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open sublime with global menu enabled
2. now change theme of sublime lets say black to adapative
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

all menu item are greyed out and unclikable (disabled).

EXPECTED RESULT

menu item has not to be disabled

Can confirm, both for Sublime Text and Sublime Merge. Likely a GTK client bug on their side.
