(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: konqueror
Version: 3.0.1 (using KDE 3.0.0 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: Gentoo
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.19-gentoo-r4
OS/Compiler notes:

Media previews (such as mpeg) grab focus so for example

Open a folder full of mpeg videos attempt to rename one. If the mouse is left in contact with any icons focus leaves the renaming discarding further changes. Either previews like this should be disabled during such tasks or they should not remove focus.

Replaced mp@fuckmicrosoft.com with null@kde.org due to bounces by reporter
Comment 2 Brad Hards 2004-12-11 12:08:51 UTC
I'm not seeing this happen. The popup doesn't steal focus. In the absence of the original reporter, I think it best to close now.
