SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install AMD driver amdgpu-pro-20.45-1188099

OBSERVED RESULT
Observe random hangs of kwin, unclickable panels sometimes, notfications stays open randomly, or whole desktop freezes. Often after wake up from.

EXPECTED RESULT
Everything should work correctly like on open source driver. 

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 5.21.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Graphic card: Radeon RX 570
X.Org.
I'm not sure I've select proper component. So please assign to correct category. 

I willingly help to debug this issue. Just tell me how to get proper debug information.

If kwin hangs we need a backtrace of kwin in the frozen state

How can I be sure that it's kwin's fault? Result is that Windows cannot be moved but are active so I only suppose it's kwin. Maybe I should provide backtrace of something additional?
