Tasks progress window

SUMMARY
No tooltip shown for close, cancel buttons in "Tasks" progress indicator window, when installing updates in discover app.
Please see the screenshot.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The window which opens when clicking "Show All Reviews" button in an app page, also doesn't show tooltip for close button.

Give the task progress Cancel button some text

There's room for it, so we don't need a tooltip, and buttons with text
have better usability than icons-only buttons.
