Created attachment 136665 [details] system settings, dolphing and widget on panel displaying date and time. SUMMARY Time and date format remains unchanged regardless of system settings locale format. STEPS TO REPRODUCE always reproducible OBSERVED RESULT Whole system displays date and time in US/American format (Dolphin, time widgets, open/save file dialogs, date changing applet, etc...) State become not affected by changing system settings, stays the "Default (C)" format, doesn't change by switching Region, nor Detailed Settings. Logging out and logging back in or reboot change nothing. EXPECTED RESULT Format date and time correctly across whole OS.
