SUMMARY
Custom animated emojis (like if they were stickers) uploaded to RC server as gif, are shown as static emojis on ruqola

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. via official client as an admin, upload a custom emoji, and upload an animated gif
2. type the alias of the emoji, or select it from  "custom" on both clients, official and ruqola


OBSERVED RESULT
Observe the emoji on the official client is the miniature of the emoji you just upload while on ruqola is a (even tinier) static image of that emoji

EXPECTED RESULT
The emoji shold be animated

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It would be great to use RC emojis instead Plasma emojis (like noto-fonts-emoji) as the user experience is more like if it were using the official one. 
Besides, on ruqola, there is no option to show "Custom icons", so or the user knows the emoji code, or he won't be able to use it ever.

Can confirm this with v2.0.0:
Animated custom emojis used in messages don't show animations, while the same custom emoji used as reaction indeed shows it.
