There is no audio equalizer effect available in the last version (20.12.3). This effect existed in version 19.x. (The list of audio is very limited in the last version comparing the old versions)

How did you install Kdenlive? If this is from packages (distro or ppa), you must also install audio effects (LADSPA collections, like swh-plugins, cmt-plugins...).

In AppImage and Flatpak, common collections are supposed to be included.
