Edit with Kate is available

SUMMARY
I tried to open .vim, .jl files through Right click->Edit with Kate in Windows Explorer. It doesn't open the file. Instead lists other apps to open the file(Kate is not listed there either). However, those files open fine as usual when opened from within Kate.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a .vim or .jl (julia) file.
2. Right click that file in Windows Explorer.
3. Select edit in Kate

OBSERVED RESULT
Explained above. Also see screenshots.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

We add support for a lot of mimetypes, whats the mimetype for julia/vim?
